The price shown by our online calculator is a ballpark estimate based on the route distance, vehicle size, condition, and timing you enter. It is not a final price. Once you submit your details, our dispatch team confirms a firm, all-in price before your shipment is booked. Estimates assume the information you provide is accurate — incorrect vehicle or location details may change the final price.
Pickup and delivery windows are estimates and can shift due to weather, traffic, road conditions, or mechanical issues. We'll keep you updated on meaningful changes to your schedule. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a specific date until dispatch confirms it with you.
You're responsible for giving us accurate information about your vehicle, including whether it runs and drives. Our driver documents the vehicle's condition at pickup and delivery — we recommend you or your representative be present for both.
Payment terms are confirmed at booking. Typically a portion is arranged when your shipment is scheduled, with the balance due on delivery. We'll walk you through the exact terms for your specific order before you commit.
Deltrans carries $1,000,000 in liability and cargo coverage for vehicles in transit on our trucks. If you believe your vehicle was damaged during shipment, contact us right away so we can open a claim — documented pickup and delivery inspections help us resolve claims quickly and fairly.
